David Norman is a prominent English watercolour artist working from studios in Devon and the Dordogne, known for his traditional, figurative style that showcases his architectural training through strong draughtsmanship. His refined palette captures the essence of European towns and harbours, conveying distinctive tone and atmosphere often inspired by fleeting glimpses.
