Francesca Lawrence is a self-taught, neurodiverse mixed media collage artist who discovered her creative voice during the 2020 Covid lockdowns. Working exclusively with sustainable materials, she transforms found papers and ephemera from charity shops, car boot sales, and junk stores into striking compositions.

Lawrence's signature style breathes new life into vintage photographs, reimagining black and white subjects within vibrant, colorful contexts that either delight viewers or provoke deeper contemplation about societal norms. Her work has garnered widespread recognition, appearing in magazines, art books, gallery exhibitions, Times Square billboards, and Google Arts and Culture.

Notable collaborations include a stop-motion music video with Welsh rock band The Joy Formidable, and her work has received praise from pop star Dua Lipa. Beyond her artistic practice, Lawrence lives by the seaside with her husband, pursuing interests in travel, metal detecting, and magnet fishing. She is passionate about women's empowerment and breaking autism stereotypes, while maintaining her quirky personal obsessions: an extensive Nicolas Cage collection and a self-confessed pesto addiction.
